Winona is crafted in a lightweight crinkled Japanese poly, with a stretchy knit waistband and an A-line silhouette; the fabric here is semi-sheer, but a woven cotton underslip provides further coverage. We find that the skirt's waistband is running a bit on the snug side, but the rest runs true to size.
